Can you believe that we are almost at the end of 2015? Time seems to have flown by. As we come to the conclusion of this year, we of course are coming upon some significant holidays – Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is that time of year when family plans are being arranged that will allow for fellowship over delicious meals and shopping. Hopefully it will be a time of creating good family memories that will be celebrated and remembered for years to come.

I’ve noticed in the Bible that God is big on family. He wants our families to be healthy, vibrant, holy, and strong. Church! I’ve been thinking a lot about the church functioning like a family. In Ephesians 3, the Bible says that the whole family of God in heaven and on earth is named after Him. He wants His family to have good memories and to function with intimate togetherness. How can this happen? The Bible gives us insight.
